Venison & Wild Game Processing
Based on our schedule, we also accept antelope, bear, caribou, elk, and moose.
Please call and check for availability before bringing in any non-deer animals to guarantee we can process it for you.
When you drop your whole deer carcass off, we'll inspect it for damage, cut out any damaged meat, then trim it as you like.
We wrap, box, and freeze the cuts you want, and set aside trimmings for sausage. We use our professional meat cutters and butcher-grade equipment, so you're guaranteed professional results.
We make wild game sausage using the same expert techniques we use for our retail products. We offer a wide variety of sausage products with no minimum quantities.
We mix trim from all the trim we receive. This allows everyone the widest variety of choices and facilitates efficient production. We rigorously inspect all trimmings to ensure consistent quality.
When bringing your trimmings, please make sure:
- It is freshly trimmed and kept at refrigeration temps for fewer than 3 days
- It was frozen immediately after trimming and kept frozen
- It is clean and free of debris
- It is in clear plastic bags — not a non-food container or garbage bag
- You have a proper registration tag
We will reject any trim that smells bad, looks bad, or does not meet our guidelines.
