Island Beef and Shrimp Kabobs
Whether you’re enjoying a summer grill out or a Holiday get together, this easy to make surf and turf dish is a delicious luau in a bottle you’re sure to enjoy! All you need to do is marinate bites of sirloin steak and shrimp, skewer them and grill them up! It’s so simple and absolutely delicious. Feel free to add veggies to this recipe, if desired, or keep this recipe a protein party with just the beef and shrimp. Cheers!

Ingredients
- 2 lb Shrimp (raw / defrosted)
- 1 lb Leahy’s Angus Beef Top Sirloin Steak (cut into 1″ cubes)
- PS Seasoning Big Kahuna Pineapple Teriyaki Sauce (or similar)
- 16 Metal Skewers
Directions
- In two separate bowls, pour the Big Kahuna sauce over the shrimp and beef. Work the marinade to make sure all surfaces of the shrimp and beef are both covered with marinade.
- Alternate placing pieces of shrimp and steak on the skewers. If desired, slices of peppers, onions, pineapples, and other similar items could be added as well.
- Heat grill to medium heat (about 400°F) and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until steak reaches 145°F and shrimp is pink.
- Remove from grill, let rest for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!
