Ingredients
- 2 LGCM Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 cup Salt (preferably kosher salt)
- 1 Tbsp White Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 1 Orange (cut into slices for serving)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except pork and orange in a small bowl. Whisk together until well mixed. Season the pork tenderloins with the sazón blend on all sides.
- Place the pork tenderloins on a foil lined baking pan. Place in an oven preheated to 400ºF and roast for about 25 minutes, until the pork reaches 140ºF. Once the pork reaches this temperature, remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with rice and beans. Squeeze a slice of orange over the pork tenderloin slices to brighten the flavor of the dish and to complement the spice rub. Enjoy!
