Shrimp in Garlic Cream Sauce Recipe

- Use 1 shrimp for a filet sized steak, 2 shrimp for a New York Strip or Ribeye, and more for larger steaks like Sirloins and Flanks.
Ingredients
- 8 Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 Shallot (minced)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup White Wine (dry wine like a Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio)
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large saute pan until butter is melted. Add wine, garlic and shallot and cook over medium heat until the garlic and shallot turn clear.
- Stir in heavy cream and add in shrimp.
- Cook for 3 minutes and then flip shrimp. Continue cooking until shrimp are done (they will turn pink.)
