Ingredients
- 5 lb(s) Whole Chicken
- .25 cup(s) Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Urban Accents Marrakesh Za’atar Seasoning (or something similar)
- 1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
- .5 Lemon (juice from half lemon)
Directions
- Spatchcock your chicken and lay it on a foil lined baking pan. For directions on how to spatchcock a chicken click here.
- Combine all other ingredients and rub all over exterior of chicken. Place chicken into oven preheated to 400ºF and roast for 45-60 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165ºF internal temperature.
- Remove the chicken from the oven once done and let rest for five minutes. Carve into pieces and serve with roast potatoes and vegetables. Enjoy!
