Celebrate Valentine’s Day with Ron from Hill Valley Dairy & Nick from Lake Geneva Country Meats at the Hill Valley Dairy Cheese Bar with a fantastic two course meal and included drink pairings.
The first course will be a charcuterie board filled with incredible cheeses, meats, fruits, and crunchy things hand selected by Nick & Ron.
The second course is a Ron-designed dessert board with sweet treats served alongside what else than BRIE!
Nick has picked out 6 drink options from bubbly wine to pale ale for you to enjoy while you eat, and each guest will be able to select a glass of wine or a beer to enjoy with each course. Additional drinks are available for purchase, if desired.
During the meal, Ron & Nick will be available to talk about the products, help you pick out drinks, and make sure you’re having a great time. Special emphasis is put on selecting quality local products for your boards.
