LGCM’s Table Tastings are a series of intimate, educational wine tastings focusing on specific wine topics and how they relate to food. This Earth Day edition is focusing on one of my favorite Napa wineries – Frog’s Leap Winery! We selected Frog’s Leap for this particular tasting not just because they make great wine (they do) but because they’re a leading proponent of sustainable, Earth-friendly growing practices. In fact, Frog’s Leap uses only organic, dry farmed grapes in making their wines.
