We need to process 25 more pigs, and you want a Spring Bundle. This week only, if you help us out by putting a non-refundable deposit down to take home a half or whole locally raised hog, we'll give you a coupon to save 10% on almost anything in our retail store that same day.

Timeline

Here's how it all comes together.

May 12 - 17
Come In and Place Your Deposit
Stop by the store. If the processing office is open, head on down and they'll take your deposit and walk through cutting options. If the office is closed, the retail team can take your deposit and get you your coupon. Our processing team will follow up in a day or two for cutting instructions.

Same Day
Get Your Coupon and Go Shopping
Walk out with a coupon for 10% off anything in the retail store. Hit the fresh case for dinner that night, stock up from the freezer section, load up on seasonings for the summer, and be sure to grab a cold beer or bottle of wine to congratulate yourself for such an excellent decision.

Processing Begins
Your pigs will arrive from a local farm, and they'll be processed on site. We'll cut the pork to your specifications, and then make any sausage, bacon, or ham you requested.

Mid-June
Pick Up Your Pig
We'll call you when we've completed your order. It'll be boxed and frozen for easy transport. You have two weeks to pick it up from when it's ready (no pickups after 5 PM on weekdays or Sunday pickups).

Frequently Asked

How much freezer space do I need?

Plan on 5 - 7 cubic feet for a whole pig and 3 - 4 cubic feet for a half. A standard chest freezer is usually 5 - 7 cubic feet.

What if I need to cancel?

Let us know as soon as possible. There's no charge beyond the deposit, but the deposit itself is nonrefundable.

What if I can't pick up in time?

Call us. We can usually extend the window within reason. If we don't hear from you, storage charges may apply.

Can I place my deposit online or over the phone?

No. You need to come into the store to place your deposit and receive your coupon. That's part of the deal.

The Fine Print

Deposit is nonrefundable and applied toward your final bill. A whole pig averages about $600 total depending on sausage, smoking, and cut choices. Limit one coupon per household.

10% coupon is valid same day only. Good on fresh case, deli, freezer section, wine, beer, and liquor. Cannot be combined with other sales, punch cards, or promotions. Not valid on gift certificates, shipping, or processing purchases. All items must be purchased and taken home same day. No rainchecks, no future pickups.
