We love that chicken tenders become a healthy, and delicious meal in just a few minutes. These delicious morsels of chicken breast can be seasoned in many different ways, then put on the grill for a fast dinner with very little stress. This recipe uses BBQ sauce to season the chicken tenders. If you like, you can also add a touch of your favorite BBQ rub for even more flavor. Serve with baked beans and corn for a delightful summer meal. Enjoy!
- 8 LGCM Chicken Tenders
- Wooden Skewers (soaked in water)
- BBQ Sauce (your favorite)
Put your chicken tenders in a large, sealable plastic bag, and pour in enough BBQ sauce to coat the tenders. Work the sauce over all surfaces of the tenders. Remove the chicken from the bag, and thread a soaked wooden skewer through each tender.
Heat your grill to 400ºF, and set up for direct cooking. Place your tenders on the hot grill, and grill for about 4 minutes per side, until the chicken reaches 165ºF. Remove and let rest for 3 minutes before serving. Serve with baked beans, corn and more BBQ sauce for dipping.
