Greek Grilled Pork Chops with Greek Pasta Salad
This recipe is a fresh way to enjoy pork chops hot off the grill. A simple marinade imparts a zesty, lemon-herb flavor to the pork chops that’s perfect with a pasta salad packed full of produce. This recipe doesn’t need to marinate long – just long enough to coat the chops before grilling. You can learn more about why we don’t need to marinate meat for a long time by checking out this blog post. Did you make any modifications to this recipe? Let us know in the comments below!
