Place your chicken tenders on a plate and cover both sides with olive oil. Season to your taste with salt and pepper.
Preheat your grill to 400°F. Place the chicken tenders directly over the heat and grill for approximately 4 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Once the tenders have reached temp, remove from the grill, let rest for 3 minutes and enjoy!
