Sangiovese (and all the other names the Italians call it by) is the grape that makes Chianti. It produces wines that have lots of acidity, plenty of earthiness and red fruit flavors.
Processing closes at 5 PM on weekdays, is open 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.

Here’s our 90 second guide to grilling a Leahy’s Angus Beef Steak! This is a very simple and easy cooking method that works for both bone-in (a Rib Steak) or boneless (a Ribeye Steak) steaks. In this video walkthrough, we use both a Rib Steak and Ribeye Steak, but this will work for any steak. Heat your grill to a medium high heat and rub the grates with oil for a clean sear on your steaks.
Season your steaks on both sides with LGCM Ultimate Steak and Roast Rub for a great crust and extra flavor.
Grill over medium high heat.
Flip after about 5-7 minutes – it’s important to flip only once!
Cook the steak to your desired doneness (about 4 minutes for medium) and remove from grill.
Let the steak rest for 4 minutes and enjoy!

Syrah (or Shiraz) can be full of ripe red fruits when made in warm climates like Australia, or packed with dark fruit and leather notes when produced in cooler climates. Both styles are delicious and great with food!
