Sheet Pan Pork Chops and Pears
Sheet pan dinners are a convenient way to make delicious dinners with little mess. This dinner brings together a combination of Asian flavors with the savoriness of pork chops, and the sweetness of fresh fruit. We use pears in this recipe, but you could also used nectarines or apricots, if you prefer those fruits! You can also customize this recipe by including a hot sauce in the glaze (Sriracha) or red pepper flakes to spice up the finished product. Be sure to watch our recipe video for step by step instructions!
