Syrah
Syrah (or Shiraz) can be full of ripe red fruits when made in warm climates like Australia, or packed with dark fruit and leather notes when produced in cooler climates. Both styles are delicious and great with food!
Processing closes at 5 PM on weekdays, is open 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.

Looking for a bargain priced steak that eats like a much more expensive steak? Look no further than our Sirloin Griller Steaks! We cut these steaks from a little used part of the beef sirloin and then tenderize them for you so they aren’t as tough as some other steaks cut from similar areas. These richly flavored but lean strip shaped steaks are cut at 3/4″ so they weigh about 8-10 oz. each, a perfect size for quick grilling. Try them and let us know what you think of these new steaks!
Heat grill to medium high heat.
Liberally season steaks with Steak and Roast Rub. Note – these steaks also take well to marinades but you don’t have to add one to enjoy these steaks.
Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach medium doneness. We do not recommend cooking these steaks beyond medium!
Remove from grill, let rest for 3 minutes and enjoy!

While it’s not quite en vogue, Merlot produces phenomenal red wines that have ripe red fruit flavors plus tannin and structure. Plus, they’re usually more affordable than similar quality Cabernet!
