Ingredients

Prep Time

5 min

Total Time

25 min

Yield

Serves 4
  • 1 LGCM Mandarin Teriyaki Chicken Breast ( about 1.5 - 2#)
  • 6 cups Broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Vey Teriyaki Marinade ( or your favorite teriyaki sauce)
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes ( optional)
  • Green Onion ( sliced, for serving)
  • Sesame Seeds ( white and / or black, for serving)
  • Rice ( cooked, for serving)

Directions

  • 1

Heat 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet to medium-high heat. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for approximately 3 minutes until the broccoli is bright green, but still crisp. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  • 2

Cut the chicken into small cubes, and add to the hot skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes, until the chicken is browned. Return the broccoli to the skillet, and stir in the Soy Vey Teriyaki sauce. If you would like a spicier dish, add the red pepper flakes now, otherwise omit. Mix the ingredients together, and cook until the chicken is cooked through – approximately 2 minutes.

  • 3

Serve the stir fried chicken and broccoli on top of rice, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. More teriyaki sauce for serving is also optional. Enjoy!
