Our marinated chicken breasts make this recipe is so absurdly easy we’re almost ashamed to put it on up as a recipe, but we’re all about easy, so here’s our super easy recipe for a delicious Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry! In our recipe, we call for our Mandarin Teriyaki marinated chicken breast. Using these ready to cook breasts saves you time and also brings a lot of flavor to the dish. If you don’t have one of our pre-marinated chicken breasts, just place your chicken breast chunks into a mixing bowl, pour in your favorite teriyaki sauce, toss to combine, then stir fry. Ingredients

  • 1 LGCM Mandarin Teriyaki Chicken Breast (about 1.5 – 2#)
  • 6 cup Broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Vey Teriyaki Marinade (or your favorite teriyaki sauce)
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • Green Onion (sliced)
  • Sesame Seeds (for serving)
  • Rice (white and / or black)
  • (for serving)

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet to medium-high heat. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for approximately 3 minutes until the broccoli is bright green, but still crisp. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  2. Cut the chicken into small cubes, and add to the hot skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes, until the chicken is browned. Return the broccoli to the skillet, and stir in the Soy Vey Teriyaki sauce. If you would like a spicier dish, add the red pepper flakes now, otherwise omit. Mix the ingredients together, and cook until the chicken is cooked through – approximately 2 minutes.

  3. Serve the stir fried chicken and broccoli on top of rice, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. More teriyaki sauce for serving is also optional. Enjoy!
