Preheat oven to 375F.
Place the chicken wings on a foil lined sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes.
While the wings are baking, combine brown sugar, water, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder & bring to a boil.
Once boiling, thicken the sauce by slowly stirring in a slurry of the Cornstarch and 3/4 cup water mixed together.
Return to a boil, remove from heat and set aside.
Once wings are done baking, remove them from the oven, place in a bowl, and pour the sauce over. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
Place the wings back on the sheet pan and bake for another 10-15 or until sauce is brown and bubbly.
Remove from oven, let sit for 2 minutes and enjoy!
