This easy-to-make recipe uses a few easy-to-find ingredients to make a marinade that both adults and kids love, and then after a few minutes on the grill, you have succulent chicken to enjoy.
We use convenient and affordable boneless skinless chicken thighs for our Dijon Hot Honey Chicken Thighs recipe, but you can also use bone-in chicken thighs. The chicken thighs stay juicy on the grill and develop a delicious caramelized exterior thanks to the honey in the marinade.

Ingredients
- .25 cup Dijon Mustard
- .25 cup Hot Honey
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, hot honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or up to overnight for more flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the chicken directly on the grill and cook for about 6 minutes per side, flipping only once, until the internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve whole, or slice and enjoy with your favorite sides. Enjoy your Dijon Hot Honey Chicken Thighs!
