Ingredients

  • 2 lb Snow Crab Clusters
  • 3 bottle Spotted Cow (or other similar beer)
  • 3 Lemon (cut in half)
  • 1 head Garlic (chopped in half)
  • 1 bunch Green Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Urban Accents Fisherman’s Wharf (or other similar seafood seasoning)

Directions

  1. Defrost the Snow Crab and using kitchen shears, snip open the legs to expose the meat.
  2. Pour the beer into a very large pot and add the lemons, garlic, green onions and seasoning to the pot.
  3. Add the crab to the pot, cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes or until the crab is warmed throughout.
  4. Remove crab from the pot and pull the meat out from the legs. Serve with fresh lemon juice and butter. Enjoy!
