Drunken Crab Legs

Ingredients
- 2 lb Snow Crab Clusters
- 3 bottle Spotted Cow (or other similar beer)
- 3 Lemon (cut in half)
- 1 head Garlic (chopped in half)
- 1 bunch Green Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Urban Accents Fisherman’s Wharf (or other similar seafood seasoning)
Directions
- Defrost the Snow Crab and using kitchen shears, snip open the legs to expose the meat.
- Pour the beer into a very large pot and add the lemons, garlic, green onions and seasoning to the pot.
- Add the crab to the pot, cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes or until the crab is warmed throughout.
- Remove crab from the pot and pull the meat out from the legs. Serve with fresh lemon juice and butter. Enjoy!
