- 4 cup Frozen Vegetable Mix (use your favorites like broccoli)
- 2 clove Garlic (pea pods)
- 1 cup Soy Vey Teriyaki Marinade (carrots)
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil (etc.)

Directions
- Add vegetable oil to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat. Once hot, add in vegetables and minced garlic and cook for 3 minutes, stirring to evenly cook all sides.
- Cut the Top Butt steak into thin (1/4″) strips and put them in a large, sealable plastic bag. Pour the Teriyaki marinade into the bag and work the marinade into all surfaces of the beef. Pour the beef and sauce into the skillet of veggies and cook over medium high heat until all sides are browned.
- Continue cooking over medium-high heat, stirring frequently for another 5 minutes until the beef reaches 145ºF and the veggies are crisp and warm. Cook more or less as necessary. Serve over warm rice with more of the Teriyaki sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
