Wisconsin is known for great fish frys, but try our Grilled Mahi Mahi recipe and you can be known for great grilled fish too! Mahi mahi is a sweet and mild fish that flakes beautifully when it’s grilled. This easy recipe can be customized with your favorite fish sauce, but we love adding a mango salsa on top. Use Heather’s recipe for mango salsa, and you’ll have a tropical flavor that perfectly complements the fish.
