Grilled Red Snapper
Grilled Red Snapper
Red snapper is a fish that’s popular with game fishers, and a great fish to make to remind yourself of your time on the water. It is a lean, moist fish with a firm texture, and a sweet, and nutty flavor. Its texture makes it possible to grill without wrecking the fish, so this is a prime candidate for a summer seafood grill out. Here’s our simple recipe to make a delicious tasting grilled red snapper!
