- Feeds 4 – Select 1 Swordfish Steak per person
Ingredients
- 4 steak Swordfish Steaks
- .5 cup Olive Oil (recommend 8 oz per steak)
- .5 Lemon
- Urban Accents Sonoma Pepper Seasoning (juice from 1/2 lemon)
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and lemon juice.
- Defrost swordfish steaks if frozen and brush the outside of the steaks with the olive oil and lemon juice mixture on all sides.
- Lightly season all sides of the steaks with the Sonoma Pepper seasoning and place on a grill preheated to medium high heat.
- Grill for 5 minutes a side until the fish is white and completely opaque.
- Remove from grill and serve with rice and vegetables. Enjoy!
