Guinness Glazed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 fillet Salmon
- 1 cup Guinness (draught)
- 1 cup Maple Syrup
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Pour Guinness and syrup in a pot, combine thoroughly, bring to a boil and reduce the mixture by half.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place the salmon fillets on the sheet, lightly season with salt and pepper, and cover with the glaze.
- Place the salmon under a broiler on high heat and broil for 6 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
- Pour more of the glaze over the fish once done and enjoy!
