Guinness Glazed Salmon Recipe

Dress up your Salmon with this delicious Guinness & Maple Syrup Glaze. This recipe is easy to make, only needs 5 ingredients and is ready in less than 30 minutes. Try it at home tonight and let us know what you think of the recipe by leaving us a comment below!

Ingredients

  • 2 fillet Salmon
  • 1 cup Guinness (draught)
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Pour Guinness and syrup in a pot, combine thoroughly, bring to a boil and reduce the mixture by half.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place the salmon fillets on the sheet, lightly season with salt and pepper, and cover with the glaze.
  3. Place the salmon under a broiler on high heat and broil for 6 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
  4. Pour more of the glaze over the fish once done and enjoy!
