Honey Mustard Ham Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 245 Ham (recommended Smoked and Cured ham from LGCM)
- 2 324 Brown Sugar
- 1 532 Honey
- 1 453 Dijon Mustard (can use dijon honey mustard for extra sweetness)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Pour the honey and brown sugar into a small saucepan, stir together, and heat over medium heat until thoroughly combined. Remove from heat and stir in Dijon mustard.
- Score the surface of your ham by cutting 1″ deep diagonal cuts into the ham in a diamond check pattern.
- Place your LGCM Ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan, pour 1/2 of the honey mustard glaze on top, and cover the the pan with tin foil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes per pound (check the label, the weight will be on it) or until the internal temperature reaches 125°F.
- When there is 30 minutes left on the calculated cooking time, remove the ham from the oven, turn the oven up to 425°F, pour 1/2 of the remaining honey mustard glaze on top of the ham and return to the oven. Repeat with the remaining glaze after an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove ham from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
