1 adult per 1/2# of roast – round up for heavier eaters!

Ingredients

  • 1 4 – 5 lb Boneless New York Strip Loin Roast
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • LGCM Ultimate Steak and Roast Rub

Directions

  1. Rub your roast with Olive Oil and then season liberally with Ultimate Steak and Roast Rub.
  2. Place the New York Strip Roast on a rack over a roasting pan, and put in an oven preheated to 450ºF. Roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to 350F and continue roasting for approximately 15 minutes per pound until you reach an internal temperature of: 135F for Medium-Rare or 140F for Medium. We don’t recommend cooking beyond medium.
  4. Remove from the oven & let rest for about 15 minutes before slicing.
  5. Enjoy!
