Ingredients

  • 4 Cornish Game Hens
  • 1 Lemon (quartered)
  • 4 sprig(s) Rosemary
  • 8 clove(s) Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Herbes de Provence Seasoning Blend
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Rub the outside of each hen with olive oil and then season the birds with Herbes de Provence, salt and pepper to your taste. Place a sprig of rosemary and 2 cloves of garlic in the cavity of each bird and place the birds on a roasting pan.
  2. Roast the birds in an oven preheated to 400ºF for 45-60 minutes until the internal temperature of the birds is 165ºF. Once they are cooked, remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving. Remove rosemary and garlic from cavity before serving. Enjoy!
