Ingredients
- 2 LGCM Mandarin Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin (about .75# each)
- 1/4 cup Soy Vey Teriyaki Marinade (or your favorite teriyaki sauce)
- 2 bag Asian Vegetable Blend (frozen)
- Green Onion (12 oz bags)
- Sesame Seeds (for serving)
- Rice (for serving)

Directions
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray. Cut the pork tenderloin into 1/2-3/4″ slices and arrange in the middle of the sheet. Add the frozen vegetables and teriyaki marinade to a large bowl and toss together until the vegetables are coated. Add the vegetables to the sheet pan, arranged evenly around the outside of the pork.
- Place the sheet pan in an oven preheated to 425ºF and bake for approximately 20 minutes, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.
- Once done cooking, remove from oven, and top with green onions and sesame seed. If desired, drizzle more teriyaki sauce on top, and serve on top of rice. Enjoy!
