Ingredients

  • 2 piece Halibut (8 oz each)
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

  • Salt

  • Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Combine the olive oil and lemon juice. Brush one side of the halibut with the mixture, and season to your taste with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Possible other seasoning additions include garlic powder, paprika, lemon zest, and dill.

  2. Place the fish with the seasoned side up on a rack over a foil lined baking sheet. Put into an oven preheated to 425ºF, and bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn on the broiler, and cook for about 3 minutes, until the fish begins to flake.

  3. Remove from oven, and serve with fresh steamed or grilled vegetables like asparagus. Enjoy!
