Ingredients
- 1.5 lb LGCM Beef Stew
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 3/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2/3 Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
- 2 Tbsp Corn Starch (or substitute Chinese Five Spice)
- 1/4 cup Water
- 4 cup Broccoli
Directions
- Add the stew meat, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ground cinnamon to the slow cooker. Mix together, and cook for 2-3 hours on high, or 6 hours on low.
- Mix together corn starch and cold water. Stir into the slow cooker, and cook for another 30 minutes on low.
- Stir the steamed broccoli into the beef and sauce. Serve the beef and broccoli over rice or noodles and garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
