Ingredients
1.5 lb LGCM Beef Stew
1 cup Beef Broth
3/4 cup Soy Sauce
2/3 Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
- 2 Tbsp Corn Starch (or substitute Chinese Five Spice)
1/4 cup Water
4 cup Broccoli
Directions
Add the stew meat, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ground cinnamon to the slow cooker. Mix together, and cook for 2-3 hours on high, or 6 hours on low.
Mix together corn starch and cold water. Stir into the slow cooker, and cook for another 30 minutes on low.
Stir the steamed broccoli into the beef and sauce. Serve the beef and broccoli over rice or noodles and garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
