Ingredients
- 2 lb(s) Leahy’s Angus Ground Beef
- 1 Reichert Sloppy Joe Mix seasoning packet from LGCM (or your own favorite Sloppy Joe packet)
- 1 cup(s) BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup(s) Ketchup
- 1 Yellow Onion (diced)
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Directions
- Add the oil to a large sauté pan and heat to medium high heat. Add the diced onions and cook until soft. Add ground beef and brown the beef. Remove from heat and drain grease.
- Pour the ground beef and onion mixture into a slow cooker. Add the BBQ sauce, ketchup and Sloppy Joe seasoning to the meat and stir to combine.
- Cover the mixture and cook on low for 4 hours until the meat is warmed through.
- Serve on top of buns and top with your favorites like cheese, veggies or more sauce. Enjoy!
