Ingredients
- 4 Leahy’s Angus Cube Steaks
- 4 cup Cooked Pasta (pick your favorite)
- 2 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz with juices)
- 1 Green Pepper (sliced)
- 1 Yellow Pepper (sliced)
- 1 Yellow Onion (sliced)
- 1 Jalapeño Pepper (washed and sliced (optional))
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Directions
- Combine flour and Italian seasoning and coat the cube steaks with the mixture.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet and add cube steaks once the oil is hot. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes per side.
- Place cube steaks in your slow cooker. Add sliced vegetables around the steaks, and pour the diced tomatoes, including all the juices in the can, over the vegetables and steaks.
- Cook for 8 hours on low.
- Once done cooking, serve by placing steak on top of cooked pasta, spoon tomatoes and vegetables on top, and garnish with your favorite fresh Italian herbs. Enjoy!
