Ingredients
- 1 whole LGCM Pork Tenderloin
- 3 clove Garlic (fresh)
- 1 bottle Stonewall Kitchen Vidalia Onion & Fig Sauce (peeled)
- Thyme
- Salt (fresh)
- Pepper
Directions
- Place the Pork Tenderloin in a gallon plastic bag and pour the sauce in to the bag. Rub the sauce into the meat and make sure all surfaces are covered. Read here why we don’t need to marinate longer.
- Lightly season all sides of the Tenderloin with salt, pepper and fresh thyme, then slice three small slits on the top of the Pork Tenderloin and place the peeled cloves of garlic inside the meat.
- Place the seasoned tenderloin in an oven safe baking dish and then roast in an oven preheated to 400°F for about 30 minutes or until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Once the meat is done, remove from the oven and place on a cutting board. Let rest for three minutes, remove the garlic and then slice to your preference. Top with more sauce if desired. Enjoy!
