Ingredients
- 2 -3 lb LGCM Boneless Pork Loin Roast (cut into 1″ cubes)
- 1 Yellow Onion (chopped)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup String Beans (cut into 1″ lengths)
- 1 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce ((substitute 1/4 cup Sriracha mixed with 3/4 cup Honey if necessary))
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Basil (torn)
- 1 Tbsp Mint (leaves)
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro (torn)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except fresh herbs and cook at low for 4 to 5 hours.
- Just before serving, add fresh herbs and check seasoning. Transfer pork and sauce to a serving bowl. Serve over rice or Asian noodles and enjoy!
