Ingredients
- 2 LGCM Bourbon Marinated Pork Tenderloin
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Green Apple (cored and chopped into pieces)
- 1 can Baked Beans
- 1/4 cup Whiskey
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 3 sprig Rosemary (chopped)
Directions
- Heat a large Dutch oven (or similar dish) to medium-high heat. Once hot, add the butter, and sear the pork tenderloin on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- Add the apples to the hot pan, and cook for 1-2 minutes, until they turn slightly golden. Pour the beans (and their liquid) into the pot, then add the whiskey, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Stir to combine, then place the pork tenderloins on top of the mixture.
- Transfer the Dutch oven, uncovered, to an oven preheated to 350ºF and cook for 15 minutes, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 140ºF.
- Once the pork is done, remove from oven, and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice the pork tenderloin, and serve with the beans and apples. Enjoy!
