Ingredients
- 3 lb Country Style Ribs
- 2 cup LGCM Sweet Honey-Orange Wing Sauce
- 1.5 cup Chili Sauce
- .25 oz Beer (lager or amber ale)
- .25 cup Yellow Onion (diced)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- .125 tsp Siracha Sauce (use 1/2 tsp. for more kick!)
Directions
- Place ribs in bottom of slow cooker.
- Add all remaining ingredients to slow cooker and combine until ribs are covered with sauce.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the rib meat pulls away easily from the bones.
- If you desire a crisp outside to your ribs, remove from slow cooker, and place under broiler for 2 minutes per side.
- Remove ribs from slow cooker, place on plate, pour remaining sauce on top and enjoy! Try serving with Corn Bread, Coleslaw and Southern Greens for a comfort food inspired dinner.
