Ingredients

  • 3 lb Country Style Ribs
  • 2 cup LGCM Sweet Honey-Orange Wing Sauce
  • 1.5 cup Chili Sauce
  • .25 oz Beer (lager or amber ale)
  • .25 cup Yellow Onion (diced)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • .125 tsp Siracha Sauce (use 1/2 tsp. for more kick!)

Directions

  1. Place ribs in bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to slow cooker and combine until ribs are covered with sauce.
  3. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the rib meat pulls away easily from the bones.
  4. If you desire a crisp outside to your ribs, remove from slow cooker, and place under broiler for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Remove ribs from slow cooker, place on plate, pour remaining sauce on top and enjoy! Try serving with Corn Bread, Coleslaw and Southern Greens for a comfort food inspired dinner.
