- 4 burritos
Ingredients
- 4 Flour Tortillas
- 4 Egg (scrambled to your taste)
- 1 Avocado (diced)
- 1 Tomato (diced)
- 2 LGCM Taco Bratwursts (meat removed from casing (substitute .5# other sausage if desired))
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Salsa (more or less to taste)
- Vegetable Oil
Directions
- Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat and add canola oil once the pan is hot. Cook bratwurst meat until done.
- Assemble the burritos as follows: first, microwave tortillas for 15 seconds so that they are pliable. Remove from microwave, and lay down the eggs, then sausage, then avocado and tomato, top with cheese. Add salsa or hot sauce if desired.
- Once burrito is assembled, wrap up the burrito tightly. Heat a small amount of oil in a clean pan to medium heat and then cook the burrito for 15-30 seconds per side to seal the edges. Enjoy!
