Ingredients
- 1 lb LGCM Raw Shrimp
- 4 Tbsp Russell’s Reserve Rye Kentucky Straight Rye 6 Year Whiskey
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squezzed)
- 1 Tbsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper (black pepper)
Directions
- In a medium bowl, add shrimp, Caribbean jerk seasoning, whiskey, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
- Mix together and let sit for 20 minutes.
- In a sauté pan, add olive oil & heat pan to medium heat.
- Add butter to the pan, and when the butter is almost melted add the shrimp.
- Cook the shrimp for 4 minutes, or until they turn a white color and are cooked all the way through.
- Remove Shrimp from the sauté pan & enjoy!
