Ingredients

  • 1 lb LGCM Raw Shrimp
  • 4 Tbsp Russell’s Reserve Rye Kentucky Straight Rye 6 Year Whiskey
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squezzed)
  • 1 Tbsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper (black pepper)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, add shrimp, Caribbean jerk seasoning, whiskey, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
  2. Mix together and let sit for 20 minutes.
  3. In a sauté pan, add olive oil & heat pan to medium heat.
  4. Add butter to the pan, and when the butter is almost melted add the shrimp.
  5. Cook the shrimp for 4 minutes, or until they turn a white color and are cooked all the way through.
  6. Remove Shrimp from the sauté pan & enjoy!
