At Lake Geneva Country Meats, we built our Leahy's Angus Beef program around single-sourcing our beef from Omaha, Nebraska.

We ask them for beef from high-quality USDA Choice, pasture-raised, grain-finished Midwestern beef steers, and that's what we get.

This level of control provides us with consistency you won't find from "commodity" beef or a multi-source program.

We know our quality will remain consistent, and you know when you come to Lake Geneva Country Meats, the beef you take home will have met our standards before it ever reaches the case.

    Our best selling item is ground beef, and for good reason! Our ground beef is made from fresh Angus beef chucks and mixed with our steak trimmings to produce deep flavor. At 85% lean, it stays juicy without losing most of the weight in grease as it cooks. Burger patties are available too!

    The highest grade of Japanese beef, known for extraordinary marbling and a rich texture that's unlike any other beef in the world. You'll find limited cuts in our freezer section.

Unlike the stores where everything comes pre-cut, we can cut to your specifications - you request the thickness, weight, and trim level you want, and if it can be done, we'll cut it for you while you wait.
