We carry over 100 cheeses from more than 25 producers. You'll find aged cheddars, goudas, cave-ripened originals, flavored spreads, fresh curds, and everything in between in our cooler.

Most of what's in our case comes from Wisconsin creameries, though we bring in standouts from other regions when they're too good to pass up.

What makes our cheese selection different is that we know the people behind the cheese. We visit creameries, we talk to cheesemakers, and in some cases, we literally make ingredients for their recipes.

Hill Valley Dairy

Hill Valley Dairy is an artisan creamery based right here in the Lake Geneva area, and they're a cornerstone of our cheese case.

We carry all of their cheese that we can fit in our case, from their award-winning original cave-aged rockstars Luna and Alina, to their cheddars, gouda, alpines, and, of course, cheese curds!

Our relationship goes beyond just stocking their products. We make the bacon that goes into their Bacon Cheddar, and we often co-host events together.

We're friends who believe that great cheese and great meat belong together...and we like to have a drink in hand while enjoying them!

A few of the cheesemakers we're proud to carry. This isn't the full list — just a taste of what's in the case.

Master cheesemaker Sid Cook's operation in LaValle, WI. They're known for their specialty cheeses like Mobay, Cranberry Chipotle Cheddar, and Apple Smoked Cheddar, but don't sleep on their cheese spreads like Southern Pimento, Garlic Cheddar, Spicy Beer, and Horseradish!
Tony and Julie Hook's aged cheddars out of Mineral Point, WI are legendary, but their colby and blue cheeses are just as good. If you're looking for the oldest cheddar in the store, Hook's 10-year Sharp Cheddar is the one for you!
To know Andy Hatch's masterpieces are to love Andy Hatch's masterpieces. Uplands only makes 2 cheeses: Pleasant Ridge Reserve, the most awarded cheese in American history, and Rush Creek Reserve, a seasonal soft cheese that drops around Thanksgiving and sells out fast!
Marieke Penterman, is a Dutch immigrant who makes traditional Dutch-style Gouda in Thorp, WI using milk from her family's dairy herd. Her cheeses have won more awards than we can list here. You'll find her signature mature gouda here alongside rotating flavored goudas.
