We make our own smoked ham, bologna, cotto salami, cherry ham sausage, and summer sausages right here, and we've won a lot of awards for them.
These are the same recipes and the same smokehouses we use for everything in our sausage program. When you buy LGCM deli meats, you're getting the real thing, not a mass-produced product with our label on it.

Our deli case features quality cheeses from Shullsburg Creamery and other Wisconsin producers.
You'll find American, cheddar, Colby Jack, Swiss, Muenster, Provolone, Pepper Jack, and more available for slicing at your preferred thickness and the exact quantity you need!

Our kitchen makes a rotating selection of deli salads and entrees that are perfect for a quick side dish, an easy weeknight dinner, or feeding a crowd without the work.
Side dishes: potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salads, macaroni and cheese, and our very famous all-white-meat chicken salad.
Heat and serve: our legendary twice-baked potatoes (ask anyone, they're famous), plus rotating entrees like enchiladas, mini meatloaves, stuffed peppers, and more.
