Instead of factory-raised jumbo birds, Harrison's raises smaller, slow-growing Cornish crosses, the way nature intended. These birds develop real flavor and tender texture that you can taste immediately.
Cage-Free Family Farms
Harrison's birds are raised on cage-free family farms in the Midwest and Southeast. They live in climate-controlled barns that protect them from predators and disease while giving them room to move.
Clean Feed, No Shortcuts
Fed a non-GMO soybean-based grain diet without steroids or growth hormones.* Antibiotics are used only if a bird gets sick, and every bird is tested before processing. No bleach or chemicals in the chilling process.
Fresh, Never Frozen
Harrison's chicken arrives at our store fresh, just days after harvest. We sell it from our service meat case so you can pick the exact pieces and quantity you want.

Is your chicken organic?

No, and that's a deliberate choice. While organic certification works well for some farms, it can be expensive and doesn't always reflect the full story of how animals are raised. Instead of relying on a label, we focus on direct relationships with producers we can verify. Our chicken comes from birds raised without added hormones, fed a non-GMO grain diet, and processed without bleach or harsh chemicals.

Why are your chicken breasts smaller than before?

We switched from jumbo-sized birds to a premium, slow-growing, smaller breed. The smaller breasts are actually easier and faster to cook, and they stay juicier because you're less likely to overcook them. Many customers end up spending about the same overall because they're buying a quantity that better fits their needs.

We sell Harrison's chicken from our service meat case, so you can pick exactly the number of pieces or pounds you'd like to take home. This gives you more flexibility than pre-packaged options, just tell our Meat Ambassadors what you need.
