Add soup, sour cream, water and 2/3 of the chopped bacon to the bottom the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Place the chicken breasts on top of soup mixture and sprinkle on the ranch seasoning mix. Spread the mix evenly over the chicken and spread some of the soup mixture over the top of the chicken.
Add remaining bacon and green onions to the top of the chicken, cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
After cooking, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and cut or shred, to your preference.
Serve the Bacon Ranch Chicken on top of noodles (we like macaroni!) and top with a spoonful of sauce from the slow cooker. Enjoy!
