Come home to a flavorful creamy Italian Chicken dish with our Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken recipe! This recipe is super easy to make and very delicious. Our test subjects (ranging from age 2 to their grandparents) all loved it! We used our Italian Romano Marinated Chicken Breast in this recipe, and we think it gives the recipe extra Italian flavor. You can use plain chicken breasts as well, if desired. What do you think of the recipe? Did you make it at home? Leave us a rating and feedback below!
- 2 lb LGCM Italian Romano Chicken Breast (cut into cubes – can substitute plain breasts)
- 1 packet Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- 1/2 cup Water
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup ((10.75 oz can))
Combine the salad dressing mix and water and pour into the bottom of your slow cooker. Put the chicken cubes in the slow cooker and cook for 3 hours on low.
After the chicken has cooked for 3 hours, combine the cream cheese and soup until it is blended. Pour over the chicken cubes and mix together. Cook for 1 more hour on low until the chicken is tender.
Serve over pasta and garnish with fresh chopped herbs. Enjoy!
