Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken

Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lb LGCM Italian Romano Chicken Breast (cut into cubes – can substitute plain breasts)

  • 1 packet Italian Salad Dressing Mix

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup ((10.75 oz can))

Directions

  1. Combine the salad dressing mix and water and pour into the bottom of your slow cooker. Put the chicken cubes in the slow cooker and cook for 3 hours on low.

  2. After the chicken has cooked for 3 hours, combine the cream cheese and soup until it is blended. Pour over the chicken cubes and mix together. Cook for 1 more hour on low until the chicken is tender.

  3. Serve over pasta and garnish with fresh chopped herbs. Enjoy!
