Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of your slow cooker. Season the chicken thighs on all sides with Italian seasoning and place in the slow cooker. Add pesto on top of the thighs until the thighs are covered with a layer of pesto. Put the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours.Once done cooking, remove the thighs and serve. We recommend serving with toasted Italian bread and fresh bruschetta. The bruschetta can be served on top of the bread and chicken. The chicken can also be served on top of rice or pasta with your favorite tomato sauce. Enjoy!
