Add a crunch to your next chicken breast meal with our Tortilla Crusted Chicken Breast recipe! This is a delicious recipe that adds a crunchy coating of your favorite tortilla chips to a chicken breast. It’s easy to bake at home and is ready in about 30 minutes. For this recipe, you can use any of our marinated chicken breast flavors (like Santa Fe Salsa or Sriracha Tequila) or just a plain chicken breast, whichever you prefer! Prepare to crust your chicken by stirring together flour and chipotle seasoning in one large bowl and cracking and whisking the eggs until they are foamy in a second large bowl. Put the crushed tortilla chips in a third large bowl.
Dredge the chicken breast in the flour, then dip them in the egg mixture, and finally dredge them in the crushed tortilla chips.
Place the chicken on a rack over a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 450°F.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the the chicken reaches 165°F. Turn the chicken over after 12 minutes of baking.
Remove from oven and let sit for 3 minutes before slicing into strips. Serve with your favorite Mexican sides like rice and sauteed veggies. Enjoy!
