About Beef Skirt Steak
Skirt steaks are one of our favorite steaks to grill. Though a tougher cut, they possess amazing flavor and are the best steaks for fajita meat! Season them liberally with Adobo seasoning, cook them at a high heat and cut them across the grain for beef nirvana. They’re really long so we keep them rolled up in a ball in the case; you’ll want to unwind them before you cook them!
