Treat Dad to a freezer full of locally-raised and processed pork cut to maximize your smoker-ready cuts!

For a limited time, we’re offering a specially priced half hog that’s been cut and wrapped for the freezer, ready for pick up in-store at Lake Geneva Country Meats!

We’ve tailored the cutting of this half hog to feature a variety of cuts that are great when cooked low and slow. You’ll take home:

• 2 ct. 3-4 pound bone-in pork shoulder roasts
• 3 fresh* ham roasts, about 5 pounds each
• Fresh* skin-on pork belly, cut in half, about 8 pounds total.
• 1 slab St. Louis Pork Spare Ribs
• 1 slab Baby Back Ribs
• 1 package Pork Rib Tips
• 1 Pork Tenderloin
• 1″ thick boneless New York-style Pork Chops, about 8 pounds total.
• 2 pounds of boneless Pork Country-style ribs
• 6 pounds of Traditional bratwursts
• 1 fresh* pork hock
• 2 pounds pork neck bones
• 2 pounds pork back fat
• 12 oz. shaker Custom Culinary Pork Barbecue rub
• Plus a packet of recipe ideas to use all of the cuts!

All told, you’ll take home about 60 pounds of pork, plus the seasoning and recipe book for a set price of $260. That’s under $4.50 per pound for quality local meat!

For comparison, cut and wrapped pigs generally go out the door for about $310, depending on the options selected.

There are important terms and conditions to know when buying one of these half pigs. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these before buying:

• There are no substitutions allowed in this bundle.
• All weights, sizes, and savings are approximate, as each cut of meat will vary in weight and size.
• These bundles are available frozen only.
• Orders must be placed before June 10, 2025. The pigs will be harvested on June 12th, and will be ready for pick up no later than June 24th. We will email you when they are ready for pick up.
• There are no refunds or order alterations after June 10th. Any refund requests before that day will be subject to a 10% refund fee.
• You must pick these bundles up at the Lake Geneva Country Meats retail store before Sunday, August 24th. If you don’t pick up your bundle at this time, we will donate it to a local food pantry, and you will not receive a refund.
