Locally raised Wisconsin pork, cut by our butchers and boxed for your freezer. Ready for pickup within days.

These quarter pig boxes come from pigs raised at Fenske Farm in Wheatland, Wisconsin, and processed at our USDA-inspected shop in Lake Geneva on July 9th, 2026.

They're priced at $4.79 per pound on your take-home weight. The same cuts average around $6 per pound at our retail case, so you're savings around $40 per box by purchasing in this manner.

Every box has the same cuts: only the weight is a little different. Pick which one works for you. Want more? Buy as many quarters as you'd like.

What's in every Quarter Pig box

• 16 — 3/4" Pork Chops (4 packages)
• 1 Pork Roast (3 lbs in size)
• 6 — 1/2" Pork Steaks (3 packages)
• 3 lbs. Bulk Pork Sausage (3 packages)
• 3 lbs. Mild Italian Sausage (2 packages)
• 3 lbs. Fresh Bratwurst (2 packages)
• 3 lbs. Wisconsin 3 Cheese Bratwurst (2 packages)
• 4 lbs. Smoked Bacon (4 packages)

There are no substitutions or customizations with this box. 

How pickup works

Quarter pig boxes are frozen and available for pickup only at our store at 5907 State Road 50, Lake Geneva, WI. After you order, we'll get your name on your box, and then email you when it's ready for pickup. Please wait for that email before heading over. We do not ship quarter pigs.

Why buy a quarter pig?

It's the easiest way to try locally raised pork without committing to a whole or half hog: no cut sheets, no waiting on processing — just a freezer full of chops, roasts, bacon, and brats from a local Wisconsin farm, ready to enjoy.

These are limited: there are only 12 quarters in the July run, and when they're gone, they're gone. If you would like a whole or half pig cut to your own specifications, please call us at 262-248-3339 and select option 4 to speak with one of our Processing team members to get your instructions.
