Our Sirloin Griller Steaks are bargain priced steak that eats like a much more expensive steak. We cut these steaks from a little used part of the beef sirloin and then tenderize them for you so they aren’t as tough as some other steaks cut from similar areas. These richly flavored but lean strip shaped steaks are cut at 3/4″ so they weigh about 8-10 oz. each, a perfect size for quick grilling.
