In this week’s meal plan, we’re talking about stress relief tips to shake the case of the Mondays, how to get your kid to eat a full dinner again and giving you a taste of St. Patrick’s Day a few days early.
Aren’t these a good looking dish? What’s great about this recipe is that you get to use a mallet. So, ya know, if you have a case of the Mondays and need to let a bit of aggression out, this is the way to do it! Oh, the dish is also a great way to enjoy Mediterranean flavors.
There’s nothing better on a Taco Tuesday than coming home to tacos that are ready to eat! This is a slow cooker recipe, so your food will be on the table within 15 minutes of getting home from work – that’s my kind of dinner! I love spicy, but I don’t love smokey so I opt for traditional tomatoes in this recipe.
I chose this recipe because it has been getting trickier to get my 4 year old to eat his dinners. He loves cheese, so we’ve got that working in our favor and I’m able to hide veggies in this dish without him likely knowing. Also, it’ll be ready in less than 30 minutes. Fabulous!
As always, plenty to eat and enjoy for leftovers!
Instead of simply cooking a piece or two of fish, why don’t you try the whole fish!? As always, if it’s nice outside, get out there and put this on the grill. Otherwise, you can absolutely make this indoors as well. Oh, and one more thing, if you’re not eating meat, absolutely take the bacon off of the trout and still enjoy a classic fish with lemon, salt and pepper.
Give me an herbed butter on almost anything and I’ll eat it. Ok, probably not, but can you tell how much I enjoy herbed butter?! This marinated steak is full of flavor and pairs nicely with a delish syrah. Sounds like a pretty nice Saturday.
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day early with a bowl of Guinness stew. Since St. Patrick’s Day falls on a Tuesday this year, you might not have time to make this dish mid-week, so why not enjoy some corned beef today?! To make things as easy as possible, we have a Guinness stew kit ready for you to pick up in the store!
